Sound Business draws on twenty plus years of speech recognition and experience to provide specialist end-to-end professional services; from initial consultation, scoping, solution design and implementation through to worry free maintenance and support services.

Dragon Installation and Training

For the Legal and Medical editions of Dragon, we provide a full two hours training spread over a couple of weeks and this commitment is needed to ensure lasting success. Our technical team is experienced in deploying Dragon in ‘non standard’ Window’s desktop environments, such as Citrix and Remote Desktop Terminal Server. With many hundred installations throughout New Zealand we know the product intimately.

Technical/User Support

Dragon technology is remarkably stable but problems do occasionally arise and user help is required. We have a full help desk team able to provide remote or onsite support as required and you can be assured that the technical support you receive from Sound Business is first class. We are fully authorised by Nuance and our technical team works closely with Nuance to ensure any unknown issues are investigated fully and solved as quickly as possible.
